Rockport Square, the loft and townhome development in process on Detroit Avenue, received eight awards at the 2008 Cleveland Choice Awards for Best Color Print Ad Over 12 inches, Best Web Site, Best E-Newsletter, Best Electronic Advertisement, Best Direct Mail Piece of the Year, Best Comprehensive Marketing Campaign and Best Smart Growth Development-Land Plan.
Cathy Deininger, sales manager for Rockport Square, received Sales Manager of the Year.
Rockport Square was recently presented with two Smart Growth Community Excellence Awards. Recognizing builders, developers and community organizations that follow smart growth principles in residential construction, winners are chosen from entries representing an 11-county area of Northeast Ohio.
Rockport Square was awarded Best Smart Growth Multi-Family Development and Best Smart Growth Development Proposal at the April 4th awards ceremony. The Awards are presented by the Smart Growth Education Foundation on the basis of the development’s land conservation, environmental sensitivity, use of infrastructure, housing choices, community character, transportation accessibility, economic viability and overall design.
On February 29th, Rockport was presented with an incredible eight Cleveland Choice Awards! Rockport News Vol 2 Issue 1 - March 5, 2008The Rockport Square website was recently recognized by the Interactive Media Council. The website received an Outstanding Achievement award in the Real Estate category.
The Rockport Square website excelled in all areas of judging criteria and represented a very high standard of professionalism, planning and execution. Judges utilized a points-based scoring system, which allowed each entry to receive a maximum of 500 points using five specific criteria, with a score from 0-100 awarded for each criterion.
