Lakewood, Ohio—Rockport Square, a townhome and loft development in Lakewood, was honored for the third year in a row at the Cleveland Choice Awards, receiving five awards. The ceremony was held Friday, April 9, 2010 at the Holiday Inn Rockside in Independence.
The awards are presented each year to area members of the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Cleveland for excellence in marketing/advertising, product design and efficiency, and sales efforts. Rockport Square received top honors in the following categories: Best Color Print Ad (Over 12”), Best Web Site, Best E-newsletter and Best Sales Office. Cathy Deininger also received Sales Manager of the Year for the second time.
“We’re extremely honored by this recognition and proud that our marketing, product design and sales efforts have been so well received within the industry and by our peers,” said Bill Sanderson, vice president of joint ventures Forest City Land Group.
